About Us

In 1927, A.B. Headrick founded a small sign company in Laurel, MS featuring hand painted signs. Throughout the Great Depression years of the 1930's, Mr. Headrick persevered - producing quality signage for the local market. At the end of World War II, a neon plant was added. Neon gas tubes were extremely popular for business signs during this era and the company flourished. Still today, Headrick has complete in-house capabilities for designing and manufacturing neon signs. True innovators, A.B. and his son Richard noticed there needed to be a safe way for gas station attendants to change the numbers of their high rise fuel price signs. In 1972, they built their first remote control price sign. The company quickly expanded and became America's leading innovator of fuel pricing sign products for truck stops, convenience stores and travel centers.

Throughout the 1990's, the company struggled to find another unique niche. In June 1999, Richard Headrick and his company was commissioned by Dr. Adrian Rogers, Pastor of the Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN to construct what was then the tallest trio of Crosses in North America. Since then, the company has built numerous projects for churches around the United States and Central America and is now America's leader and premier manufacturer of majestic crosses.

Headrick has been the producer of tens of thousands of signs, billboards and graphic images for businesses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador and The Republic of Panama. With offices in Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho and North Carolina utilizing the latest technology and equipment, Headrick stands ready to fulfill your signage, graphic and marketing requirements as a true international manufacturer.
